We sat with teachers in staffrooms after the last bell, walked into principal offices unannounced, and watched students attempt problems in real classrooms.

We were not looking to confirm a hypothesis. We were looking for what was actually broken. What we found was not a failure of teachers. Teachers observe, sense, and often know their students better than any system ever will. What was missing was not awareness, it was infrastructure.

Knowing something through instinct and being able to act on it at scale are two very different things. This wasn't a technology gap. It was a design gap tools built without ever speaking to the people using them. So we did the opposite. We listened first. Then we built WiseMinds.

What grades and subjects does WiseMinds support?

WiseMinds currently supports Classes 6, 7, and 8 in Maths and Science following the NCERT curriculum. We assess Learning Outcomes at the chapter level. Support for other subjects and grades is being planned.

Do students need devices, logins, or apps?

No. WiseMinds is entirely paper-based. Students write by hand on printed question papers. No devices, no internet, no app, no login required. The only digital step is when your school scans the answer sheets for evaluation.

How long is the turnaround time for reports?

We deliver reports within a few minutes of receiving answer sheets. Typically: test on Monday, reports in the teacher's hand by Tuesday morning.

How is this different from a normal test report?

A normal test report shows marks and percentages. WiseMinds shows which Learning Outcomes each student has reached and at what cognitive level Knowledge, Understanding, Application, Analysis, or Evaluation. It identifies specific misconceptions, prerequisite gaps, and tells the teacher exactly what to re-teach and to whom.

How does WiseMinds evaluate handwritten answers accurately?

Our AI evaluates each step of handwritten working against a pre-built rubric mapping the student's reasoning to the relevant learning Outcome and cognitive level. Where a response is ambiguous, the system flags it for human review rather than assigning a guessed diagnosis. We always prefer flagging over false confidence.

Can we do a pilot with just Maths, or just one grade?

Yes. We recommend starting with one subject or one grade. This helps your school see value quickly and decide on full-scale rollout. A pilot can be as small as one chapter.

Do we need to change our timetable or processes?

No. WiseMinds fits into your existing test schedule. The only difference is that instead of manually correcting papers, you submit them for AI evaluation. Everything else scheduling, question content, answer sheet format remains in your control.
